Bjeshka e Gramës

The day

1. 08:00 - Pickup
   We come to you

   Tirana, Durrës, Rinas airport or any hotel - give us the address. It is a longer drive out than our Bovilla routes, so we start earlier.

2. Stop 1 - Livadhet e Sheh Vleshës
   The Sheh Vlesha meadows

   The first of the open highland meadows, and where the tarmac is behind us for the day.

3. Stop 2 - Livadhet e Kallës
   The Kalla meadows

   Open grazing land, and the last easy ground before the climb.

4. Stop 3 - Pasqyrat e Gramës
   The Mirrors of Gramë, under Krasta e Malit të Bardhë

   Still water under the crag of the White Mountain - the name is the description.

5. Stop 4 - Bjeshkët e Shën Iljazit
   The Shën Iljaz pastures

   Summer highland pasture, with the shepherds still working it in season.

6. Stop 5 - Liqeni i Gramës
   Gramë Lake

   The first of the day’s two lakes, and the usual stop for lunch from the pack.

7. Stop 6 - Bjeshkët e Gramës
   The Gramë pastures

   The high ground the whole route is named for.

8. Stop 7 - Liqeni i Zonjave
   The Ladies’ Lake

   The second lake, and the quietest stop of the day.

9. Stop 8 - Bjeshkët e Kaloshit
   The Kalosh pastures

   The last of the highland pasture before we turn for home.

10. 19:00 - Drop-off
    Back where we started

    Returned to your hotel or address. Extra stops along the whole route are included.
