Cancellations and rescheduling

Nothing is paid up front

This website takes no payment. A booking is a request, we confirm it by WhatsApp, and you pay the driver in cash or by card on the day of the tour.

That is what makes the rest of this page short: cancelling costs you nothing, at any point, because you have not paid anything.

Moving to another date

Free, and as often as you need. Message us with your booking reference and the day you would rather come, and we will confirm the new date the same way we confirmed the first one.

The only limit is what is free. We own a fixed number of vehicles and a Saturday in August fills up, so the earlier you ask the more choice there is.

Cancelling

Tell us as early as you can. There is no fee and no form to fill in — a message is enough.

Late notice does not cost you money. It costs the seat, which somebody else would have taken, and that is the only reason we ask.

If the weather turns

We reschedule or cancel free of charge. The road above Bovilla and the buggy trails are worse in heavy rain than they look from town, and we would rather move your day than run a bad one.

The call is usually made the evening before or early that morning, and we make it — you will hear from us rather than having to ask.

If we cancel

The same terms in reverse: any other date you like, or nothing at all, and nothing owed either way. Because no money changed hands there is no refund to wait for.

Your booking reference

Every confirmed booking has one, in the form AJS-2609-014. Quote it when you write and we will find your day in one look.
