Terms and conditions
The terms you book under. They are short because the arrangement is simple: no deposit, pay on the day, free rescheduling.

Who you are booking with
Albania Jeep Safari, a tour operator based in Tirana, Albania. We own the vehicles on this site and employ the people who drive them; nothing is subcontracted without telling you.
The quickest way to reach us is WhatsApp, on the number at the bottom of this page.
Booking and confirmation
A booking made on this website is a request, not yet an agreement. It becomes one when we confirm it by WhatsApp or by phone, which we do inside our answering hours.
If we cannot run the day or the vehicle you asked for, we will say so and offer what we can. Availability shown on the site is live, but two people can ask for the last jeep in the same minute.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Each tour states whether its price is per person or for the whole vehicle, and the total you are shown before booking is worked out on that basis.
No payment is taken on this website and we hold no card details. You pay the driver on the day, in cash or by card. The price confirmed to you is the price you pay — we do not add fees afterwards.
Changes and cancellation
No deposit, no cancellation fee, and rescheduling is free. The full detail is on the cancellations page, and nothing on this page overrides it.
Who can ride
Anyone driving a buggy must hold a valid driving licence and show it before setting off. Buggy passengers must be six or older. Jeep and Hummer tours have no age limit.
We will not let anyone drive who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and we may end a tour early if someone is putting themselves or anybody else at risk. In either case the booking is treated as cancelled — and, since nothing was paid in advance, nothing is owed.
Safety on the tour
Helmets are provided and must be worn by everyone on a buggy, for the whole route. The guide’s instructions about speed, distance and where to stop are not suggestions, and they exist because they know the road.
Off-road driving carries risk that no amount of care removes. Tell us before you book about any medical condition, pregnancy or recent injury that a rough track might affect, and we will tell you honestly whether the tour is a good idea.
Insurance
Our vehicles and our operation are insured as Albanian law requires. That cover is not a substitute for your own travel or medical insurance, which we strongly recommend you have — particularly for the buggy tours, where you are the driver.
Photographs
We photograph tours and use the pictures on this website and on our Instagram and TikTok. If you would rather not appear, say so to your guide on the day and we will keep you out of them — it is easier to do at the time than afterwards.
Reviews you write
Reviews left on this site are read before they are published, and we publish them as written or not at all — we do not edit them into something kinder. We may decline to publish anything abusive, off-topic or not about a tour we ran.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania, and the courts of Tirana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
